Re: Question The Koran

whatever they feel's good for their little puppits.

they can't force America, because it would be abridging our Constitution.

and Revenge? their "revenge" has been going on for quite a time, even in countries that aren't Christian but are their own people.

Muslim groups like Shiites, and Sunnites are funny groups, they fight amongst themselves a lot, but whenever someone comes along and lays a finger on one of the groups, they scream Jihad, and all the tribes unite under the concept of "The enemy of my enemy is my friend"

do you imply that the enemy of my enemy is my friend is a bad concept to have? and they aren't the same because they have different beliefs so they believe that the others are just infidels to be killed in the name of allah

they have the same religion, but they just are diffrent sects. just like you have Catholics and Lutherans.

but instead of having some hint of respect for them, they just go along and kill eachother off.

[sarcasm]
Of course, athiests are completely exempt from being accused of things like that...

[/sarcasm]

Secondly, and I can say this from experience, it seems to me that it's mainly the protestants who have hatred for the Catholics, Whereas the Catholics just wish to be left alone.

mind if I pop this in? sure, okay.

We're kind of focusing on the Koran and what kind of knowledge we know about it.

not exactly the place for the religious debate here.

yeah, point... why didn't I think of that? heh.

um... who believes that even if you're from a certain religion, you can learn about other religions, and learn bits of their religion to make yourself a better person?
