posticon Book recomendations!

here, is where you can say what you're reading, give a summary, and/or recomend the book to someone, and if they accept, you'd have to read one of that person's books.

(only if you can, not obligated to carry on the rules, but it's all fun, and it helps to see what other people think in their head)

Well, I'll start:

I've been reading the test, time, and war of the twins each of them are apart of a trilogy that covers Raistlin's grab for godhood, while traveling through time to do what his predecessor failed at. While Raistlin's brother, Caramon, and his friend Tasslehoff Burrfoot, travel though time to attempt to stop him.

Really a good book for you fantasy lovers.

Well, I'd recommend anything by Isaac Asimov, especially I, Robot since the movie came out a few years ago. If you can enjoy both the book and the movie as art forms in their own right, the differences in the plot and the artistic license taken in the movie is really fascinating.
I was bored in an airport not too long ago and I picked up the first Twilight book ... and I didn't get a lot of work done over the next few weeks as I HAD to get to the end of the series. (For the record, Edward is a jerk.)
As far as what I'm reading right now ... I've been reading a lot of FAS 13, but I wouldn't recommend that to anyone, really.

Isaac Asimov is the only author to have ever published books in every Dewey Decimal library category apart from Philosophy.

I'm going to pull Freakonomics over here from another post I made, and add on The Universal History of Numbers - fascinating book.

I've been thinking for a while to read Ender's Game... I have a lot of books on my mind at the moment, and I can't really manage reading several simultaneously.

Anyone read it?
